Just Lie Down and Shift your Attention to your Breath

In this eleven minute podcast, we’ll directly sense the breath and concentrate our attention on this simple breath pattern can relax the body mind. This is a good one to practice if you are suffering with insomnia, too. Lets begin!

Here is the pattern we'll use today:

Inhale through nose, Exhale through nose

Inhale through mouth, Exhale through mouth

Inhale through nose, Exhale through mouth

Inhale through mouth, Exhale through nose
