You deserve support that meets you in real life
I offer private somatic listening and clinical hypnosis to help you navigate life transitions, grief, stress, persistent pain and emotional or physical patterns that may be holding you back. My work blends mind-body techniques, breathwork, somatic awareness, and reflective conversation to create a personalized path for healing, growth, and balance.
As a tenured yoga instructor and nervous-system-informed guide, I also integrate gentle movement, restorative practices, and meditation when it supports your goals - helping you reconnect with your body and inner resources.
Sessions are available via telehealth, with limited in-person appointments.

Frequently Asked Questions

More than okay — it's actually who I work with best. Most people who find me aren't carrying a neat diagnosis or a clear label. They are carrying something heavy, unnamed, and exhausting. Maybe it's grief they haven't called grief yet. Maybe it's pain that medicine hasn't been able to explain or fix. Maybe it's anxiety or depression that has outlasted every treatment they've tried. Maybe it's simply the feeling that something fundamental has shifted and they can't find their footing.
You don't need a category to belong here. You just need to recognize yourself in that description.

It depends on what you need that day. Sessions weave together empathic listening, somatic awareness, and hypnosis -sometimes all three, sometimes more of one than the others. You will never be pushed into anything. Some sessions are quiet and still. Some are surprisingly spacious. Most people leave feeling lighter than when they arrived.

I hope you'll feel that for yourself in our first conversation. What I can tell you is that I built this practice specifically for people who have run out of safe places to bring the full truth of their experience. Your vulnerability is not a burden here. It is welcome.

Much more. Hypnosis is one tool inside a broader approach that includes somatic awareness, empathic listening, and body-centered practices. If hypnosis ever doesn't feel right on a given day, we simply work in other ways. You are always in charge of your own experience.

Never. There is no timeline here, no correct way to feel, and nothing you could bring into a session that would be too much. I have heard a great deal, and I don't flinch. What I offer is unhurried, nonjudgmental presence.

I am not a licensed mental health provider and I don't provide therapy. What I offer is something many people find they need alongside or instead of therapy — embodied, relational support that works below the level of words and analysis. Many of my clients have done years of talk therapy and find this reaches places therapy couldn't.
