My work blends mind–body techniques, breathwork, somatic awareness, and reflective conversation to create a personalized path for healing, growth, and balance.

As a tenured yoga instructor and nervous-system–informed guide, I also integrate gentle movement, restorative practices, and meditation when it supports your goals — helping you reconnect with your body and inner resources.
