Susannah Sanfilippo is a tenured yoga instructor and nervous-system–informed guide offering private coaching and hypnosis to support people seeking healing, transformation, and greater ease in their lives.

Her work integrates mind–body coaching, clinical hypnosis, breathwork, and somatic awareness to help clients gently shift long-held patterns, regulate stress, and reconnect with their inner resources. Drawing on over 25 years of embodied practice, Susannah brings a grounded, compassionate presence to deeply personal work.

She is the founder of Yoga for Your Grieving Heart and has been offering weekly Breathing + Meditation classes for four years. She also teaches yoga in select small-group and private sessions, keeping the door open for movement-based support that complements her private offerings.

Susannah’s approach is informed by classical yoga, restorative practices, mindfulness meditation, breathwork for emotional balance, and somatic movement. She is a certified consulting hypnotist and mind–body coach, with a psychologically informed teaching style that helps clients of all backgrounds feel safe, seen, and supported as they explore change.

In addition to private sessions, Susannah has facilitated group experiences, workshops, and organizational trainings, and collaborates with community programs focused on healing and recovery. At the heart of her work is a simple intention: to create space where people can slow down, listen inwardly, and move forward with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
