Turning Down the Volume

A Two-Part Hypnosis Program

for Chronic Pain Relief

You have done everything right.

You have seen the doctors, tried the treatments, followed the advice.

And you are still suffering.

This program is for you.

What This Is

Turning Down the Volume combines modern hypnosis, breath and body practices, guided imagery, and neuroscience-informed pain education to help you reduce both the intensity and emotional burden of chronic pain.

This program is for people who are ready to try something different — not another fix, but a fundamentally different relationship with pain.

Rather than fighting your pain, you'll learn to work with your brain and nervous system. Through hypnosis, breath, and gentle somatic practices drawn from over 12 years of trauma-informed yoga, you'll develop tools that can reduce pain's intensity, loosen its emotional grip, and create genuine moments of relief and ease.

This is not about pretending the pain isn't there. It's about making it smaller.

About Breath

The brain listens to the lungs. Pain tightens the breath, and tight breath tells the nervous system to brace harder - a cycle you may know well. Every session begins by interrupting that cycle, gently, with nothing more than a breath.
