Welcome to The Yoga of Susannah Podcast, a gateway into the world of breath and sensation.

Each podcast is designed to be a 10 minute mini-retreat.  It is suggested that you simply lie down - on the floor, the couch, your bed, the deck, the patio, a boulder in the sunshine....anywhere, really - and let your body soften into gravity while Susannah guides you through simple mind body experiences that will connect you to the Here and Now. Let go of your thoughts & anxieties and luxuriate in the richness of feeling instead. Just lie down and rest...

Every time you return to the Present is an act of love.

Lie Down and Breathe into Now

The Body is always present, the Mind is often not.  In this 10 minute recording, we will use the breath to get into the body and return to the presence we seek.  Releasing  the past and letting go of the future leads to a direct experience of your true home - the here and now.

This practice is inspired by Nido Qubein who wrote: "Your present circumstances don't determine where you go; they merely determine where you start."
