Yoga for Your Grieving Heart a six week, once a week yoga class and bereavement support group beginning January 6th. It is for anyone who has lost a loved one and is suffering the emotionally and physically exhausting effects of grief, no matter how long its been.
This group will take place on six consecutive Tuesdays from 4:00 – 5:45 p.m. at Portland New Church, 302 Stevens Ave. in Portland. This is not a drop in class. If you missed the 1st class, do not worry because other sessions are coming up in 2015:
Second session runs from Feb. 24 - March 31;
Third session runs from April 14 - May 19;
Fourth Session will run from May 26 - June 30.
