Yoga for Your Grieving Heart a six week, once a week yoga class and bereavement support group. It is for anyone who has lost a loved one and is suffering the emotionally and physically exhausting effects of grief, no matter how long its been.
This group will take place on six consecutive Tuesdays from 6:00 – 7:45 p.m. at Portland New Church, 302 Stevens Ave. in Portland. This is not a drop in class. http://www.theportlandnewchurch.org
