from Despair to Self-care: Evidence-Based Body, Breath, and Mind Techniques
This group is for adults who often find their mood to be challenging, who want to learn the interaction between body, breath, and mind, and practice simple skills that can be used in a variety of contexts. The group looks at bio-psychosocial spheres and ways to recognize and work with difficult emotions and unhelpful thoughts.
