In this nine minute recording we'll modify our typical breath pattern for a few cycles and notice how that can change us from the inside/out.  Sometimes just a tiny shift can help us become more aware of what what's really here.

This practice was inspired by Natalie Goldberg's words, "We should notice that we are already supported at every moment.  There is earth below our feet and there is the air, filling our lungs and emptying them.  We should begin from this when we need support."
